How do I join?

Joining is easy! Click on “Hirey Login” in the top right-hand corner and then select “Sign up”. Enter your email, create a password and complete your profile in a few easy steps.

Do I have to pay a fee to become a Hirey?
No. Create your Hirey account for free.
Does my profile expire?
No your profile does not expire, however we ask that you edit your profile status from Active to Inactive if you are no longer using the platform to find and apply for work. You can set and edit your status from within your Hirey profile dashboard.
How often can I update my profile?

Update your profile anytime/anywhere to ensure it reflects your current situation.

I am moving interstate. Can I search and apply for positions listed in another state?
Congrats on the move! You can easily adjust filters within the Job Board to search for roles in your new home town/city before you get there.
I have forgotten my password, what are next steps?
Don’t stress. Navigate to the login page and select “Forgot Password”. You’ll be sent a link via email to reset your password.
I noticed you have an option for a Hirey to have an ABN – what does this mean?
Some employers are now expanding their options and engaging with individuals on a contractor basis. Should you have an ABN and be intrested in this style of work, be sure to pop it in your profile.
I have been hired by a partner on Hirey. Am I able to suspend my profile to ensure I am not contacted for future work opportunities?
Congrats! If you do not wish to apply for any further jobs or be visible in the Hirey Search, please edit your account status from the My Account tab in your dashboard.
How do I make a complaint against an advertiser? How do I report a suspicious or offensive job post?

How secure is my information on the Hirey platform?

All profiles on Hirey have passwords that are securely stored and encrypted. All data is stored on centralized servers that are optimized for performance, uptime and security. We use Privacy Rules to secure the database ensuring that information from the database never reaches a device unless the user has authenticated themselves and is authorized to access it.
